Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Florence, SC. You will bring the brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and helping guests find exactly what they need with a friendly, “friends first” approach.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, highlight the loyalty program, and be ready to move across zones—from sales floor to cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom. Prior retail experience and energy are a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Teamwork and flexibility to move across store zones.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and loyalty program offerings.
• Proactively resolve guest questions and concerns within store policy.
• Assist across zones: sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Support the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for every guest.
• Uphold company policies and operate with integrity.
