Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives to bring our store experience to life by engaging customers warmly, helping them find what they need, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

You will represent the brand authentically and support a cohesive shopping experience across channels in a dynamic retail setting. In this role you’ll help customers with styling guidance, keep the sales floor organized, and process purchases and returns with a friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service and assist customers with product needs and styling guidance.
• Support replenishment and maintain a clean, visually consistent sales floor.
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately at the cash wrap.
• Support online orders, in-store pickup, and ship-from-store activities.
