Urban Outfitters in Corte Madera, CA is seeking Brand Ambassadors who bring the store to life through authentic connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. You’ll help create an experience that feels fun, real, and uniquely UO.

Engage customers with genuine conversations, highlight drops and promotions, restock and style displays, and use in-store tech to support shopping across in-store or online channels.

Qualifications

• Love for the Urban Outfitters brand and style.
• Ability to express personal style and creativity.
• People-first mindset; enjoys helping others.
• Collaborative attitude with positive energy.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, changing environment.
• Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, not required.
