Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of our brand, sharing product knowledge and building loyalty with guests.

You will use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. Expect to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, while upholding brand values and policy.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before. #practicemakesperfect
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
