Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will greet guests, help them find items, and share product knowledge while upholding AE’s values and an inclusive, friendly shopping experience.

You’ll work across the sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom as needed, staying energetic in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person who enjoys interacting with guests.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• You’re energetic and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You love AE/Aerie products and sharing product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team in getting the job done.
• Represent the brand with integrity and follow AEO policies.
