Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll greet guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and create an amazing shopping experience that makes their day better than before they came in.

Use the AEO Selling Model, flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, and help promote the loyalty program. If you’re energetic, love interacting with people, and have retail experience, apply today.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Love AE and Aerie products
• Retail experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friends first mindset
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity
