Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in our Geneva, IL store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, represent the brand, and share your passion for AE and Aerie with every guest.

As a friendly, energetic team player, you’ll help customers, educate them on products, promote the loyalty program, and adapt to salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom needs while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people and deliver great guest experiences.
• Energetic, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and build relationships with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and offer tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
