Educating guests on AE and Aerie products, promoting the loyalty program, and flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom are part of the role. Retail experience helps, and you must be at least 16.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people in a fast-paced retail setting.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• You are available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products and share brand passion.
• You’ve worked in retail before and understand customer service.
• You’re at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
