Job summary

Main Event in Waco, TX is seeking a friendly Brand Ambassador to welcome guests, answer questions about activities, and guide them to the right experiences. You will help manage guest flow, explain safety rules, and support clean, safe play areas while representing our FUN culture.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and reliability across day, evening, and weekend shifts, with opportunities for growth and access to great team perks.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all guests while being a FUN ambassador and first impression maker.
• Answer guests’ questions on various activities and directions.
• Manage guest experience by communicating wait times for games, food, and activities.
• Escort guests to activities, explain safety rules, and assist with table maintenance.
• Thank guests for coming and welcome them back; perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
