Primary Responsibilities

• Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals
• Engage with the public to identify home improvement needs
• Answer questions about our products
• Gather information for appointment setting purposes

Qualifications

• Reliable Transportation (Required)
• A smartphone to use for communication
• Ability to be on your feet for 6-8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasions
• Outgoing personality with ability to drive a conversations
• Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required
• Must have a valid drivercense and your own vehicle
• Must be 18 years or older
• Completion of a video interview assessment as part of the application

How to prepare

• You will receive an email inviting you to complete the first interview in our process
• Set aside 15-20 minutes for the self-guided assessment that includes questions and games
• Find a quiet place to record and be camera-ready
• Youcll need a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer with your camera and microphone enabled
• Youll answer questions with 1 minute to prepare, 3 minutes to respond, and 1 opportunity to re-record
• Share your skills and experience, and bring your personality to the interview
