Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Cincinnati is seeking a part-time brand ambassador to represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events. You will engage with the public to identify home improvement needs, answer questions about our products, and help gather information for appointment setting.

The role includes travel with reliable transportation and a smartphone. Compensation starts at $18 per hour with uncapped weekly bonuses, plus mileage reimbursement.

How to Prepare for the Video Interview

1. You will receive an email inviting you to complete the first interview in our process.
2. Set aside 15-20 minutes for the self‑guided assessment that includes questions and games.
3. Find a quiet place to record and be camera‑ready.
4. You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer with your camera and microphone enabled.
5. You will answer questions with 1 minute to prepare, 3 minutes to respond, and 1 opportunity to re‑record.
6. Share your skills and experience, and bring your personality to the interview.
