Job Summary:

The Brand Ambassador will support all aspects of the Emerging Brands portfolio with the goal of growing hemp-derived beverages within Southern Crown Partners.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• None

Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform sales calls daily to educate and grow awareness of hemp-derived beverages at targeted on and off premise accounts, selling distribution of existing brands and new products, features, and samplings.
• Conduct weekly market rides and team sells to educate sales personnel and close distribution gaps.
• Build retailer relationships within the market.
• Attend all sales segment meetings to provide updates, opportunities, feedback, and analysis based on market observations and sales data.
• Provide detailed, structured weekly recaps to the Director of Emerging Brands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Highly self-motivated with flexible working hours (days, nights, weekends).
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Clear and concise communication with team members and management.
• Alignment with SCP’s PARTNERS values.

Education/Experience

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in beverage distribution or related field.
• Proven customer service, sales building, and operational quality standards.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Physical Requirements

• Administrative tasks: 10%
• Walking, bending, lifting, twisting: 90%
