Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit clients at local events and community outreach initiatives

• Engage in one-on-one conversations with the public to share each nonprofit’s mission and goals

• Build rapport with community members and answer questions with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Help raise awareness and secure ongoing support through clear, compelling messaging

• Assist in event setup, breakdown, and coordination

• Maintain a positive and professional image while promoting client campaigns

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly outreach goals

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with new people

• Passion for nonprofit work, community outreach, or social impact

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior customer service, retail, or volunteer experience is a plus—but not required
