Responsibilities include:
  1. Understanding and delivering sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive sales.
  2. Supporting store execution of company initiatives.
  3. Participating in team training to achieve business results.
  4. Thinking creatively to engage clients and expand the client base.
  5. Representing the customer experience in store to meet brand expectations.
  6. Delivering consistent service aligned with RL Brand standards and store vision.
  7. Engaging in store client initiatives and community outreach.
  8. Championing RL core values.
  9. Embracing RL's 'More ways to shop' concept and new technology.
  10. Supporting a collaborative environment centered on the customer.
  11. Networking and sourcing talent.
  12. Providing ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
  13. Supporting alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home.
  14. Enhancing product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
  15. Maintaining high productivity standards and store standards at all times.
  16. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  17. Providing feedback on category opportunities or needs to management.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
  1. Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
  2. Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
  3. Ability to maneuver around the store and work with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb as needed.
  4. Ability to operate the register, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  5. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
  6. A proven track record of success and positive relationship building.
  7. Strong planning and time management skills.
