Main Event in Norman, Alabama is seeking a Brand Ambassador to welcome guests and help tailor their FUN experiences. You will advise on activities, direct guests, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are upheld.

This role emphasizes guest service and a positive, high-energy environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, guiding them to activities, managing wait times, and assisting with safety rules and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset is essential.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all guests as a FUN ambassador and set a positive tone.
• Inform guests about activities and directions to their destinations.
• Answer guests' questions about activities and safety rules.
• Keep guests informed about wait times for games, food, and other activities.
• Escort guests to activities and assist with table maintenance and safety rules.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

At Main Event, our Brand Ambassadors play an important role because they are the first and last person the Guest sees on every visit! As a Brand Ambassador, you help our Guests tailor their FUN experience by advising and answering questions on various activities and directing them to their activities! You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcome and greet all guests while being a FUN ambassador! (First impressions are everything!)


• Communicating to the team who is a first-time Guest


• Answering Guest's questions on various activities and directions


• Managing the guest experience by keeping communication clear on wait times for games, food, and other activities


• Escorting Guests to various activities, explaining safety rules, and assisting with table maintenance (you got this!)


• Thanking our Guests for coming and welcoming them back


• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties


• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required


• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)


• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)


• Food Handlers Certification, as required


• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills


• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests


• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends
