Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is hiring outgoing individuals to represent the brand at local events and retail locations. If you enjoy talking to people and want to develop communication, lead generation, and marketing skills, this could be a great fit.

Hourly rate is $18 USD with weekly bonuses; paid training in communication, lead generation, and event marketing; opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work at local events and retail locations with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at events, retail stores, and community locations.
• Start conversations and connect with potential customers.
• Help set up free in-home consultations for the sales team.
