Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is hiring outgoing individuals to represent our brand at local events and retail locations. You’ll engage with homeowners, start conversations, and connect with potential customers while promoting our window and door replacement solutions.

No prior experience required for students or recent grads; paid training is provided. The role offers a $21.50/hour rate with weekly bonuses and growth opportunities as you develop communication and event-marketing skills.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy talking to new people and building rapport.
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and personal reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
