Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, seeks energetic representatives to engage homeowners at events and retail locations across the area. You’ll talk to people, share information on our window and door solutions, and help set up in-home consultations for the sales team.

We offer paid training, mileage reimbursement, tuition assistance, and ample opportunities for growth for motivated individuals ready to develop communication and marketing skills.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport.
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
• Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Personal reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
