Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is hiring for an in-person outreach role to engage homeowners at events and retail locations. You will start conversations, build rapport, and share information about our window and door solutions to generate leads for the sales team.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and motivated to grow in sales, marketing, or customer engagement. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s
