Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking outgoing, reliable individuals to represent our company at local events and retail locations. If you enjoy talking to people and want to develop communication, lead generation, and event marketing skills, this could be a great fit!

Hourly rate starts at $18/hour with weekly performance bonuses. Paid training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team culture are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport.
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50-lbs.
• Personal reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at events, retail stores, and community locations.
• Start conversations and connect with potential customers.
• Help set up free in-home consultations for the sales team.
