Renewal by Andersen is hiring for an on-site role representing the brand at events, retail locations, and community sites. You will start conversations with potential customers, share information about window and door solutions, and help set up in-home consultations for the sales team.

The position offers an $18/hour base with weekly bonuses, paid training in communication and lead generation, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport.
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
• Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Personal reliable transportation required and valid driver’s license.
