Job summary

The Kraft Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent Kraft Soccer at events across the region, delivering energetic fan engagement and collecting leads using company iPads. You will help with promotions before, during, and after matches, and support promotional vehicle logistics.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, availability 8-10 hours weekly (nights, weekends, holidays), and a passion for soccer. Prior marketing or sports team promo experience is a plus.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of MLS and New England Revolution helps.
• Experience in marketing/promotional roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend events across New England to promote the Revolution brand.

• Set up and break down brand activations for fan engagement.
• Manage Fan Zone setup during home matches and engage fans.

Work numerous events throughout New England to grow the Revolution brand2. Drive the Revolution promotional vehicle to and from Gillette Stadium for events in a safe, responsible manner3. Responsible for set-up and breakdown of brand activations as well as interacting with fans and generating leads during these events4. Responsible for set-up and breakdown of Fan Zone at Revolution home matches as well as engaging with fans and generating interest in the brand5. Assist with gate giveaways, community engagement programming, and pre-match, halftime, and post-match promotions and activities on home matchdays6. Capture customer data using company iPads and enter said data into the company database7. Demonstrate the ability to work well with other team members8. Entertain fans (new and old) by means of humor, crowd interaction, and verbal communication9. Assist with organization and maintenance of promotional vehicle and item inventory for brand activation events10. Provide detailed post event recaps11.
