Job summary

Kraft Soccer LLC is seeking a brand ambassador to represent the Revolution at events across New England. You will interact with fans, drive the promotional vehicle, and help run brand activations to generate leads.

Responsibilities include event setup, data capture, and post-event reporting, with a flexible part-time schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior promo experience and MLS knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of marketing/promotional experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule; 8–10 hours per week plus nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be available for 13 of 17 regular season home matches.
• Bilingual skills preferred; strong communication a must.

Responsibilities

• Work numerous events throughout New England to grow the Revolution brand.
• Drive the promotional vehicle to Gillette Stadium for events safely.
• Set up and breakdown brand activations and engage with fans to generate leads.
• Set up and breakdown Fan Zone at home matches; engage fans and generate interest.
• Assist with gate giveaways and community engagement on home matchdays.
• Capture customer data using iPads and enter into the company database.
• Demonstrate teamwork and interact with fans through humor and crowd engagement.
• Help organize promotional vehicle and inventory; provide post-event summaries.

SUMMARY

This position will serve as a brand ambassador, representing the team at events across the region.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• - Work numerous events throughout New England to grow the Revolution brand
• - Drive the Revolution promotional vehicle to and from Gillette Stadium for events in a safe, responsible manner
• - Responsible for set-up and breakdown of brand activations as well as interacting with fans and generating leads during these events
• - Responsible for set-up and breakdown of Fan Zone at Revolution home matches as well as engaging with fans and generating interest in the brand
• - Assist with gate giveaways, community engagement programming, and pre-match, halftime, and post-match promotions and activities on home matchdays
• - Capture customer data using company iPads and enter said data into the company database
• - Demonstrate the ability to work well with other team members
• - Entertain fans (new and old) by means of humor, crowd interaction, and verbal communication
• - Assist with organization and maintenance of promotional vehicle and item inventory for brand activation events
• - Provide detailed post event recaps
• - Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• - This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• - High School Diploma or equivalent
• - 0 – 2 years of experience preferred
• - Must have flexible schedule and available to work 8-10 hours per week during normal business hours as well as nights, weekends and holidays
• - Must be available to work 13 out of 17 regular season home matches
• - Outgoing personality, highly energetic, and enthusiastic
• - Previous marketing/promotional experience for a college or professional sports team, preferred
• - Ability to be a team player
• - Reliable, punctual and demonstrates a professional attitude
• - Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• - Knowledge of soccer, specifically Major League Soccer and the New England Revolution
• - Bilingual language skills preferred
