Job summary

HSP Brands seeks a part-time Brand Activator to lead tastings and shopper engagement in TX grocery store events. You will deliver brand storytelling, collect real-time data, and ensure a memorable consumer experience.

The role requires evening/weekend availability, 21+ age, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll work on-site at multiple TX locations with bi-weekly pay and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid alcohol service certification per state law (e.g. TABC/RBS).
• Ability to engage with consumers and communicate in public settings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to event locations.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and scheduled shifts.
• Comfort with mobile apps for data logging and reporting.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Customer service or sales experience (1+ year) preferred.
• Paid training provided; team-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Represent top beverage brands at retail locations and events.
• Engage customers, share brand stories, and educate on product details.
• Deliver a positive brand experience and drive engagement.
• Set up samples/displays and lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed.
• Attend activations for 4–6 hours; stand for extended periods.
