Job summary

Market Value Southwest in New York is seeking an Event Assistant to support daily promotional activities and in-person campaigns. You will help maintain organized promo spaces, provide information about products and services, and assist team members during customer engagement activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing materials and supplies for scheduled promotional events.
• Support the setup and organization of product displays and customer engagement areas.
• Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Introduce customers to available products, services, and promotional offerings.
• Answer general questions regarding product features and current promotions.
• Distribute approved marketing materials and informational resources.
• Assist team members with product demonstrations and customer presentations.
• Help customers understand available options and relevant product information.
• Support face-to-face promotional activities designed to increase brand awareness.
• Engage prospective customers and direct interested individuals to appropriate representatives.
• Maintain organized and accessible promotional materials throughout daily activities.
• Monitor supplies and communicate replenishment needs to team members.
• Help ensure promotional displays reflect established brand presentation guidelines.
• Assist with organizing customer information and event-related documentation when required.
• Observe customer questions and preferences and share relevant feedback with colleagues.
• Support the coordination of daily promotional assignments and team activities.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment during customer interactions.
• Assist with organizing and securing materials following scheduled promotional activities.
• Participate in product training, campaign briefings, and team meetings.
• Follow established procedures for event support, customer communication, and promotional activities.
• Complete additional event assistance and customer engagement responsibilities as assigned.
