Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing event schedules, assignments, and operational priorities.
• Prepare promotional materials, product information, and customer engagement resources.
• Support the setup and organization of designated promotional areas.
• Ensure event displays and informational materials follow established brand guidelines.
• Communicate event objectives, promotional details, and daily updates to team members.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure appropriate coverage during promotional activities.
• Welcome attendees and provide information about represented products and services.
• Assist with customer engagement and product presentations when needed.
• Explain current promotional offerings and relevant product information accurately.
• Maintain an organized and professional environment throughout event activities.
• Monitor promotional materials and coordinate replenishment of supplies.
• Address routine event-related questions and operational needs.
• Support customer registration and information collection when applicable.
• Track event participation, customer interactions, and promotional activity when required.
• Gather attendee feedback and communicate relevant observations to the team.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve event organization and customer engagement.
• Coordinate the organization and storage of promotional materials following events.
• Maintain familiarity with current marketing campaigns, products, and event procedures.
