Responsibilities

• Team Management: supervise a branch team, manage performance, coach associates, and drive results.
• Service Standards: develop customer relationships, identify referrals, and align with bank initiatives and partners.
• Operations and Administration: ensure regulatory compliance, complete required training, and maintain accurate deposits and transactions.
