WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Serves as a floating Branch Team Lead, Member Specialist and Teller by providing process enhancements/consistency and subject matter expertise to various branch locations as business needs require.
  • Performs Teller and Member Specialist duties while leading and acting as a subject matter expert to the Branch Team.
  • Assists with motivating, mentoring, and developing the Branch Team to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.
  • Helps communicate, update, and implement new processes and procedures for the Branch Teams, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Serves as a role model, embodying Honor’s culture, with an emphasis on accountability and continued improvement.
  • Safeguards the integrity of the branch, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and the branch is operationally sound.
  • Builds rapport with members to sustain long-term relationships and grow continued business, deepening all relationships.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Three to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
  • Prior financial institution experience with cash handling and lending required.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
  • Strong listening, verbal, written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of credit unions products and services.
  • Be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong project management skills, well organization and have an excellent eye for detail.
  • Handles issues with tact, diplomacy, and an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Understands and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Strong service skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
