Job summary

Dort Financial Credit Union in Michigan is seeking a Branch Support Specialist to be a friendly point of contact for our members, providing a full range of credit union services. You will greet members, answer questions, assist with accounts, loans, and teller transactions, and help resolve concerns with a positive, service-focused approach.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in credit union, banking, or customer service, strong communication skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft
