World Finance Company of South Carolina, LLC is seeking an Overstaff Financial Services Representative to support multiple branches in South Carolina. You will step in where needed, delivering exceptional service, building relationships, and helping customers make responsible financial choices.

As an Onsite FSR, you will process loan applications and renewals, balance cash drawers, handle deposits, and travel daily between branches.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to multiple branches as assigned to maintain smooth operations.
• Guide customers toward responsible financial choices and upsell products as appropriate.
• Process loan applications, documents, and renewals accurately.
• Balance cash drawer daily and handle branch deposits.
• Travel daily between branches to cover the assigned area.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold company values.
• Support tax services and help build tax clientele.
• Prepare and send credit denial letters within 30 days of application.
