Job summary

IHMVCU in DeWitt, IA is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead daily branch operations and nurture strong member relationships. You will balance vault and cash drawer duties, develop Universal Tellers, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in financial or retail settings, a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and proactive problem solving, and the ability to motivate staff to achieve goals while maintaining

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; finance/business coursework is a plus.
Prior leadership in a financial institution or similar environment preferred.
Strong history of relationship building and member service.
Excellent problem solving, decision making and confidentiality.
Professional interpersonal communication; ability to motivate the team.
Reliable, dependable and responsible in all situations.

Responsibilities

Ensure branch operations run smoothly (vault/cash drawer balancing, coin counter, cash advance machines, check scanner, debit card machine).
Develop Universal Tellers and keep them informed on policies and procedures.
Provide ongoing coaching to energize the team and drive success.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary/pay range is $18.00-$22.00 per hour.
