Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; finance/business education is a plus.
• Previous leadership within a financial institution, customer service or retail environment preferred.
• Strong history of proven relationship building performance.

• Professional interpersonal communications and ability to motivate and coach the team.
• Reliable, dependable and responsible in all situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch operations run smoothly (vault/cash drawer balancing, coin counter, cash advance machines, check scanner, debit card machine).
• Develop Universal Tellers and ensure they are informed about policies and procedures.
• Conduct one-on-one and observation coaching, energize and motivate the team to be successful.
• Manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment.
