Job summary

Industrial Supply in Gillette, WY seeks a hands-on Branch Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Gillette branch. You’ll oversee warehouse operations, inventory, order fulfillment, deliveries, customer service, and employee performance while coordinating with the sales team to meet customer needs.

This is a working supervisor role; you’ll lead the team and jump in to help with daily branch operations when needed. Prior supervisory experience and strong organizational skills are essential.

• Comfortable using computers and inventory or order-management systems.
• Willingness to be a hands-on leader and help wherever needed.
• Ability to safely operate a company delivery vehicle when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with inventory and order-processing systems.
• Industrial distribution or related industry experience.
• Familiarity with Industrial Supply products, customers, or processes.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on leadership position. Employees must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday; lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs.; and safely load and unload customer orders with or without assistance. The position also requires the ability to safely and legally operate a company delivery vehicle when needed.
