Qualifications

• High School Diploma with five (5) years related business management experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of all types of oilfield equipment, including line pipe and OCTG.
• Inventory control experience, sales, customer management and basic accounting skills.
• Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Pint and other related computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Financial: Responsible for the financial performance of the store which is driven by knowledgeable business decisions that are made consistent with TPS policies and procedures regarding the acquisition, maintenance, sales and delivery of products and services to customers.
• Operations: Responsible for all the activities required for the store to acquire, maintain, and deliver the right products in the right quantities to meet key customer needs.
• Sales: Responsible for the activities to attract and retain the right customer mix needed to meet the targeted financial results.
• Safety: Develop and lead a culture of safety for all employees. Includes Hazardous Materials, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and Security.

What You'll Do:

The essential duties and responsibilities fall into the following four (4) categories:

• Financial: Responsible for the financial performance of the store which is driven by knowledgeable business decisions that are made consistent with TPS policies and procedures regarding the acquisition, maintenance, sales and delivery of products and services to customers.
• Operations: Responsible for all the activities required for the store to acquire, maintain, and deliver the right products in the right quantities to meet key customer needs.
  • Supervise store employees.
  • Hire, train and retain knowledgeable and effective staff in the use of all relevant technologies, processes and procedures.
  • Participate in industry-related social functions and professional organizations as a representative of True Pipe & Supply.
• Sales: Responsible for the activities to attract and retain the right customer mix needed to meet the targeted financial results.
  • Develop and manage a market analysis and sales strategy with sales representatives to retain customers as well as identify opportunities to penetrate new markets, offer new products, and attract new customers.
• Safety: Develop and lead a culture of safety for all employees. Includes Hazardous Materials, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and Security.

What We're Looking For:

Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities

• High School Diploma with five (5) years related business management experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of all types of oilfield equipment, including line pipe and OCTG.
• Inventory control experience, sales, customer management and basic accounting skills.
• Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Pint and other related computer systems.

Preferred Education, Experience and/or Abilities

• Associates degree or higher in related business field.
• Knowledge of oil and gas exploration, completion and production processes.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Must have, or can acquire, a Forklift Certification.
• Ability to acquire other Safety Certifications as necessary.
• English language fluency, verbal and written.
• Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
