Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking a Branch Supervisor for the Bourbonnais area! This role supports our Field Operations Team. The candidate must:

• Quickly learn and understand the day-to-day operations of our company
• Implement new initiatives and technologies
• Work across departmental lines to complete projects
• Ensure expectations are exceeded

This position is key and involves managing daily tasks to align with company and branch goals. It is based in the Bourbonnais area. The candidate must be on call and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, supporting a 24/7 operation. Understanding the 24/7 nature of our work is essential.

The role also involves stewarding the company culture, aligning with IPSC's core values, and managing based on these values.

Must have a PERC card.
