Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Royersford, PA, is seeking a Branch Specialist who greets members by phone and in person, determines service needs, and directs them to the right area. Notary and DMV transactions may be part of the role.

You will support administrative functions in the absence of the manager, uphold Quality Assurance Standards, and deliver high-level service while promoting AAA memberships.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 4–6 years of Branch Specialist 2/3 or related experience preferred.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to effectively coach and mentor others.
• Proficiency in State DMV licensing system.
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks or assignments daily.
• As required, obtain and maintain a valid notary license.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides DMV registration services in states offering DMV license services per club procedures.
• Prepares TripTiks; provides maps, tour books and other travel-related materials.
• Assists members with hotel and/or car reservations.
• Promotes and sells AAA memberships.
• Processes membership payments, upgrades, and renewal features.
• Processes insurance payments and offers renewal.
• Issues passport photos and IDP’s.
• Handles Travel Money product transactions; sells merchandise and tickets.
• Balances cash drawer and prepares daily deposits; assists with reports.
• Performs notary services per National Notary Association and club procedures.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities based on member needs; mentors junior staff.

Job Duties

• In States offering DMV license services, provides registration services to members; maintains current knowledge of DMV regulations and completes all transactions according to State DMV and Club procedures.
• Prepares TripTiks®; provides maps, tour books and other travel-related materials.
• Assists members with hotel and/or car reservations.
• Promotes and sells AAA memberships.
• Processes membership payments. Upgrades basic memberships to those with higher value (Plus, Premier, etc.); offers automatic renewal feature.
• Processes insurance payments and offers automatic renewal.
• Issues passport photos and IDP’s.
• Processes Travel Money product transactions; provides merchandise and attraction ticket sales.
• Balances and reconciles cash drawer; prepares daily deposits. Assists with daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Performs notary services in accordance with the National Notary Association and Club procedures.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities based on members’ product needs and service.
• Mentors and trains junior employees; assists with timekeeping and scheduling branch employees.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years Branch Specialist 2 and/or 3 or related experience Preferred
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills
