AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Royersford, PA is seeking a Branch Specialist to greet members, process services and guide them to the right department. You will handle DMV transactions where offered, prepare travel materials, assist with hotel and car bookings, and promote AAA memberships.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to work quickly, and familiarity with DMV licensing systems. Notary license is preferred and opportunities to grow with benefits exist.

Competenze

• High School GED required.
• 1-3 years branch experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to operate office equipment and perform basic accounting duties.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks daily.
• Experience using State DMV licensing system.

Mansioni

• Greet members in person and by phone, determine service needed and direct to appropriate area.
• Provide DMV registration services where available and process transactions per state rules.
• Prepare TripTiks, maps, and travel materials for members.
• Assist with hotel and car reservations and sell AAA memberships.
• Process and upgrade memberships and renewals; handle payments and renewals for insurance products.
• Issue passport photos and IDPs and handle Travel Money transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits.
• Perform notary services as required.

Branch Specialist

Job Summary

Greets members by phone and in person and determines the nature of service required. Either provides requested services or directs them to the appropriate area. In locations providing DMV license services, processes transactions and resolves routine problems. Provides high level of customer service according to Club's Quality Assurance Standards.

Job Duties

• In States offering DMV license services, provides registration services to members; maintains current knowledge of DMV regulations and completes all transactions according to State DMV and Club procedures.
• Prepares TripTiks®; provides maps, tour books and other travel-related materials.
• Assists members with hotel and/or car reservations.
• Promotes and sells AAA memberships.
• Processes membership payments. Upgrades basic memberships to those with higher value (Plus, Premier, etc.); offers automatic renewal feature.
• Processes insurance payments and offers automatic renewal.
• Issues passport photos and IDP’s.
• Processes Travel Money product transactions; provides merchandise and attraction ticket sales.
• Balances and reconciles cash drawer; prepares daily deposits.
• Performs notary services in accordance with the National Notary Association and Club procedures.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities based on members’ product needs and service.

Qualifications

• High School GED Required
• 1-3 years Branch Specialist 1 and/or 2 or related experience Required
• Basic computer literacy and data input skills
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and perform basic accounting duties
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks or assignments on a daily basis
• Prior experience using State DMV licensing system.
• As required, obtains and maintains valid notary license
• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 Year Preferred

• Occasional travel to off-site business meetings or conferences. (5% proficiency)
