Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking a Branch Service Technician in Atlanta, GA to install, maintain and repair customer compressed air equipment in the local territory. The role includes after-hours emergency work and travel within Metro Atlanta.

The successful candidate will analyze mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls subsystems to identify root causes and provide effective solutions, and will advise customers on maintenance intervals and system improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls systems.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair customer compressed air equipment in the assigned territory, including after-hours emergencies when necessary.
• Systematically analyze mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls sub-systems to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
• Support customers with maintenance interval recommendations and system improvements.

We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial service environment to fill the position of Service Technician for Metro Atlanta and surrounding territories.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

• Professionally install, maintain and repair customer compressed air equipment in assigned branch territory, including after-hours emergency when necessary
• Systematically analyze mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls sub-systems to provide customers with root causes of problem and solutions to correct them
• Support customers with recommendation on maintenance intervals and system improvements

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include:

• High school diploma
• Good communication skills
• Aptitude to learn mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls systems
• Good customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

This is an hourly position, with a hiring range of $25- $35, to commensurate with experience.
