Job summary

Kaeser Compressor, Inc. in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Service Support for our branch. This full-time hourly role supports Service Technicians and the manager with installations, service and repair as needed.

You will handle customer follow-up via phone, email and in person, assist with parts and rental equipment logistics, and learn Kaeser quality and environmental procedures. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred; valid driving record and basic computer skills required.

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good verbal skills for phone and customer interaction

Responsibilities

We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Service Support for our branch in Kansas City, KS.

The selected candidate will:

• Support Service Technicians and manager with installations, service and repair as needed.
• Follow-up with customers on recommended service needs via phone, email and in person.

This is a hourly position, with a hiring range of $22-$26, to commensurate with experience. We offer an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan as well as a health and wellness program.
