Job summary

You will coach, train, and mentor tellers, ensure policy compliance, and support daily settlements while driving branch goals and service standards.

Two to five years of general business experience with supervisory exposure is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or a two-year degree.
• Two to five years of general business experience, one to two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Successful completion of the retail training program required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes accuracy and balancing skills with a balancing rate of 85%.
• Supervises staff in collaboration with the Branch Manager and oversees training, onboarding and mentoring new Tellers.
• Coaches frontline staff on computer systems, service standards, and policies to protect customers and the bank from fraud.
• Oversees branch reporting requirements and daily office settlement of applicable retail operations.
