Kaeser Compressors, Inc. in Salt Lake City is seeking a Branch Service Manager to lead the service team, oversee the service department’s schedule and profitability, and provide technical support for installations, startup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will work with the sales force to ensure proper installation and design, assist in generating service quotes, and implement a rigorous technician training program, while managing parts inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required); College degree (preferred).
• 3 years supervisory and coordinator experience in an industrial environment.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude.
• The ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook (required).
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Clean driving record (required).

Responsibilities

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking an individual who has worked in an industrial or manufacturing environment to fill the position of Branch Service Manager for our Salt Lake City Branch

The selected candidate will:
