Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Boston is seeking a Branch Security Officer for the Copley store to provide day-to-day security and support operations, protecting assets and ensuring a safe, welcoming client experience.

You will work with senior security and store teams to implement controls, manage incidents, assist with opening/closing, and support sales goals while delivering exceptional service as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow security procedures.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: 1 year of prior experience in a security-related or retail security role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security controls and daily operations, including inspections, alarm tests, and key access.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with back-of-house operations and facilities repairs.
• Support the sales floor by delivering exceptional client service and acting as a brand ambassador.
