Job summary

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking a Branch Sales Support in our South Easton, MA location. You will act as the primary contact with customers and prospects related to equipment sales, and you will coordinate the calendar and appointments for field sales representatives.

You will handle lead follow-up, schedule follow-up appointments, and create quote requests as recommended by the sales team. This hourly role carries a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably industrial.
• Experience making warm and cold prospecting calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel for product training classes.
• PC literate: MS Word, Excel and Outlook; Google Suite SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact with customers and prospects related to equipment sales.
• Manage and coordinate field sales representatives’ calendar and sales appointments.
• Contact customers to schedule follow-up appointments.
• Handle lead follow-up and qualification of customers.
• Create quote requests upon recommendation of sales representative.
