Job summary

Oriental is seeking an Associate, Sales and Mortgage Expert who will deliver a superior customer experience and promote Oriental Mortgage products. On-site role based in Bayamón, PR, focusing on cross-selling mortgages and banking products while maintaining quality and compliance.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a bachelor’s degree, and at least two years in sales or customer service. You’ll work with Real Estate brokers and clients to build relationships and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• Two years of experience in retail, sales, operations or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to present integrated alternatives to clients.
• Develop and manage profitable relationships with clients and progress prospects through the funnel.
• Process a variety of transactional activities to meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering procedures.
• Interview prospective clients and complete loan applications and pre-processing.
• Develop new business relationships while retaining existing relationships with financial services solutions.
