Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking aBranch Sales & Service Lead to join our Rutland, VT team. This role leads through influence, stepping in as a leader when management is unavailable and handles transactions with a strong focus on customer service and sales opportunities.

The position pays $20.00-$24.00 per hour for 40 hours per week, on-site in Rutland. Banking, retail or customer service experience is preferred; we value integrity, teamwork and a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school degree or the equivalent.
• Banking, retail and/or customer service experience is required.
• Thorough knowledge of Bank products and service.
• Understanding of cross-departmental functions.
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated aptitude and desire for customer service and sales achievement.
• Decision-maker with well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Active listening and communication skills, verbal and written; proven ability to adapt tone and techniques to best suit the audience.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and acclimate quickly to changing priorities.
