Job summary

AAA Northeast in Framingham, MA seeks a Sales and Service Representative Registry to deliver sales and service to members in membership, reservations, and registry duties both in person and over the phone. You will promote club products while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

This role involves cross-selling, handling confidential documents, processing applications, and coordinating with Travel, Insurance, Membership, and IT to resolve questions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years Customer Service with a focus in Sales required and
• Satisfactory pass state and federal background checks during pre- and post-hire in accordance with state and federal requirements required
• Must meet individual state requirements to perform registry and/or TSA services; including clearing federal/state background checks/processes required

Responsibilities

• Sales: meets/exceeds metrics, promotes products, educates members on benefits and KPIs.
• Member Service: promotes memberships, upgrades, auto-renewal, and digital options; handles inquiries and issues.
• Daily Operations: liaises with internal departments to coordinate information and resolve issues, follows policies and safety protocols.
