Job summary

• Execute financial transactions per bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve complaints.
• Support sales/service activities in-branch through seminars and campaigns.
• Adhere to controls to ensure safety and security of assets.
• Assess risk and escalate issues, upholding compliance and ethics.
