• Confirm orders are input and processed correctly and sales transactions are completed.
• Deliver to customer locations on an as-needed basis.
• Collaborate with customers to address inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Gather customer feedback to provide insights for product or service improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
