Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional in Washington to grow revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. The role involves identifying customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships to deliver value.

You will conduct inspections for infestations, respond to leads, propose contracts, and maintain compliance with laws and company policy.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have >=3 consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, and make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle and ensure it and equipment stay clean and in working order.
