Job summary

Cleary Building Corp is seeking a Sales Professional in Tipton, IA to drive our post-frame construction sales using DreamMaker software. You’ll oversee the customer experience from initial contact through completion, and manage a defined territory in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

The role offers extensive training, a performance-based bonus plan, and the potential for advancement into leadership roles within the branch network. A company vehicle is provided to support field visits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is preferred
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative
• Sales experience is preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus & incentive plans ($65,000 to $200,000+ income achievable for above average performers)
